Gayle is the CEO and co-founder of Ripple Entertainment.
Gayle joined National Geographic Television as Associate Director of Development in 1991. Following that she became Director of Documentary Programs at A&E Networks, overseeing 150 hours of content annually, including series such as Investigative Reports and American Justice. When an opportunity arose to move to London and oversee the co-production business for Channel 4 Television she jumped at the chance. Upon her return to the U.S., she settled in Los Angeles and launched RDF‘s U.S. office, and the hit reality series Wife Swap. In 2008, she joined Original Productions as an Executive Producer and Showrunner. She oversaw series such as Ice Road Truckers, for History Channel, America’s Lost Treasures for National Geographic, and Swords on the Line, for Discovery. As online video grew, she began to produce branded and original content for emerging platforms. In 2013 she moved to Fremantle Media to build and launch Tiny Riot, a digital content studio where she served as the EVP and General Manager for 2 years. At the end of 2015, she stepped out on her own to launch Ripple Entertainment in partnership with Red Arrow Entertainment and ProSeibenSat 1.

Katie began her television career at MTV during the dawn of the unscripted era working in production management on projects such as “The Newlyweds” and “Final Fu” as well as producing hit dating shows including “Parental Control.” After her time with MTV, she line-produced ABC’s “Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition.” After two seasons on ABC’s hit prime-time show, she decided to make the transition to digital media. Katie ran production for different YouTube channels in the wake of YouTube’s Original’s funding initiative, landing as the Executive-In-Charge of Production at Fremantle Media’s digital division, Tiny Riot. While at Tiny Riot, Katie was responsible for all production including over 25 hours of content for Vice Media as well as the YouTube channel, The Pet Collective. In 2015 Peck joined Gayle Gilman and Jason Ziemianski to launch Ripple Entertainment, in partnership with Red Arrow Entertainment and ProSeibenSat 1, as the SVP of Production and Operations.

She began her career as an executive coordinator for the San Francisco 49ers where she acted as the trusted liaison for the owner and the NFL. But Orozco will be the first to admit that her most important client is her adorable Yorkie, Kevin.
